HOW TO ENTER:

The opportunity to win a prize will take the form of a social media post / video that will allow an individual to win a prize chosen by Ultimate Champions. In order to enter, participants should respond to the promotional post on social media as instructed by Ultimate Champions.

The competition will be open until [May 30th at 12PM] and the winner will be drawn at random on [May 31st at 5pm].

THE PRIZE:

[5] signed Arsenal jerseys from the 2021/22 season signed by the full first team squad.

This Prize is non-exchangeable and there is no cash equivalent option. The prize is the shirt only.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

These Promotion Terms and Conditions including any applicable instructions on (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all promotions. By entering the competition, you accept and agree to be bound by these Promotion Terms. In addition, the Ultimate Champions standard Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply (available on https://ultimate-champions.com/ln/play). In the event of any difference between these Promotion Terms and the Standard Terms, these Promotion Terms will prevail.

The competition is organized by Unagi (hereinafter referred to as Ultimate Champions), a company licensed and regulated by French law. The competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with The Arsenal Football Club PLC (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”). By entering the prize draw, you acknowledge that Arsenal shall not have any liability to you in connection with this competition.

1. You must be aged 18 years or over to play Ultimate Champions and to participate in promotions. Underage entries will be void.

2. No employees, or family members of employees, of Arsenal and Ultimate Champions and its affiliate companies may take part in promotions.

3. Only one entry per person.

4. Edited comments will automatically become ineligible to win prizes. 5. In case the info on the Social Media Profile of the winner doesn’t correspond with the personal information the winner sends through, Ultimate Champions and Arsenal can decide not to grant the prize.

5. The prize will be drawn using a randomized automated computer program. Qualifying entries will be included and a winner drawn at random from those entries.

8. Prizes are personal and non-transferable. In case you’re not able to use your prize, there won’t be a new draw.

9. Ultimate Champions reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity prior to us awarding a prize.

10. Ultimate Champions reserve the right to cancel an entry to a promotion, terminate any account and withhold any promotional benefits and/ or take such other action as it deems appropriate in its absolute discretion, in particular in the event that an entry is: (i) made in breach or non-compliance with the Promotion Terms and/ or the Standard Terms; (ii) fraudulent; (iii) incorrectly completed; and/ or (iv) not received by Ultimate Champions for any reason.

11. If you’re caught trying to attempt fraud for more than 2 times, you won’t be eligible anymore to have a valid participation in Ultimate Champions for the next 24 months.

12. Ultimate Champions decisions in respect of any matter(s) concerning a promotion are final.

13. Ultimate Champions may transfer your personal data, such as your name and contact details, to third parties for the purpose of providing the prizes and/or services offered in the promotion.

14. These Terms and Conditions may be published in several languages for informational purposes and ease of access by players. The English version is the only legal basis of the relationship between you and us and in the case of any discrepancy with respect to a translation of any kind, the English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

15. Ultimate Champions reserve the right to delete comments and stay away from any further communications on social media in case of unmannerly behavior or abusive language. All entries will be subject to the relevant social media platform’s policies and terms of use. The social media platforms on which the competition is taking place are not parties to this competition, nor are they in any way involved in the competition.

16. Arsenal’s terms and conditions shall apply to the Prize, including those at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms and the applicable Ground Regulations, which winners (and their guests if applicable) agree to comply with in full.
